RE: I had the same issue(Couldn't Save PDF Files) with Explorer 9, Adobe 9.4 and Windows 7 I fixed it by using internet options, security, Trusted Sites, turning off protection mode and entering the site as trusted. The issue is different in Chrome but it is a setting in Chrome.
